Entrance

The main entrance of the hotel is at 45 West 35th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues. There is a passenger drop off / loading zone in front of the hotel. The double automatic sliding doors at the entrance are located 3 steps above the sidewalk. An ADA accessible entrance is located just to the side of the main entrance, with a ramp leading to a door with an accessible button for automatic opening.

Reception

Our reception desk, located just to the left as you enter the lobby, includes an ADA accessible check-in area, fully accessible from the ADA entrance and to the three accessible guest elevators.

Restrooms

The accessible lobby restrooms for guests are located on the main floor just off the lobby bar.

Adapted Rooms

All have adapted height for wardrobe, accessible sinks, toilets and grab bars.

Lux Queen Queen Accessible with two queen beds, bathtub, fold down seat, handheld shower & grab bars: 309, 409, 509, 609, 709.
